Here's the start of what I hope will be an interesting site - eventually....! There are pictures of stuff that I've turned and some background information on my turning and the craft in general. Of course, they'll be my views and may not appeal to everyone. That said, I hope you find something of interest here.

Woodturning is great fun and there are few barriers to anyone who would like to give it a try. Most of the larger newsagents will have woodturning magazines which have details of instruction courses across the country. As ever, the internet is a fantastic source of material and you may find a turner local to you who would be prepared to help with an introduction to the ancient skills.
